It is now a legal requirement for some organisations to collect all visitor contact details for contact tracing purposes as stated on the ICO website.

We have the NHS Track and Trace poster on display in the clinic, which can be scanned by using your mobile phone, or alternatively, we will require all contact details for patients, chaperones and visitors. All visitors to the clinic must wear a face covering to enter the premises and use the hand sanitiser provided.

We are working hard to keep our clinic safe for both visitors and staff, and are here to provide a service for you during these difficult times.
